I feel very lucky coming across this program

My dear Mrs. Daniilidou and Mr. Zoumbaneas, I am deeply grateful for the tools you have offered us.

The best and most complete program I have ever followed in my life! An absolute experience.

I started the program at a very sensitive and borderline time for me. But it was as if I had always been expecting it. A seminar talking EXACTLY about my issue, my difficulty with food consumption.

But you know how it is…

I’m not going to deny that there was a whispering voice inside my head. That of the “saboteur inside me”, that was saying: “What do you want with this? And what are they going to say to you?....you already know….You have already tried everything and still there’s no result…what good will this do you…?”

Thankfully, the seminar was organized by CETED, the work of which I appreciate and trust, so the voice of the “saboteur” was circumvented, and I enrolled for the program.

Lucky

I actually feel very lucky to have found myself in this program!

Mrs. Daniilifou, with her deep knowledge and experience, coupled with her ever-present empathy can deconstruct what is happening to you while experiencing a binge eating episode with respect and precision.

She analyses each part of it so comprehensively so that you can get to understand and recognize future events, and thus manage them in the best possible way.

Mr. Zoumbaneas, with his outstanding knowledge and extended experience in nutrition and eating disorders, provided all the necessary knowledge to understand how our body works and how we can take care of it from the inside.

And finally, how to take control of our body’s good health. We learned two useful and practical ad realistic tools to manage binge eating episodes through self-care.

With all seriousness and responsibility, and dare I say care and love, a program was created that I could characterize as a “training tool”. It provides you with a wealth of materials with which you can work, study, recollect and reflect upon, both presently and in the future.

During the meetings, an environment of safety is created for the participants. One can share, unravel and receive knowledge from the different life stories, similar but not identical, that have brought an eating disorder to each of the members life.

Of course, I could not possibly have missed the second cycle of lessons that begun right after the first, with body image as a main subject.

My dear Mrs. Daniilidou and Mr. Zoumbaneas, I am deeply grateful for the tools you have offered us. With their help we will be able to shed light to the darkest corners within ourselves!
